1.Prohibited Conduct
Users of the YachtCare.io Platform may not:
- •Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
- •Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
- •Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- •Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
- •Post spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- •Post any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- •Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- •Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, payment fraud.
- •Circumvent the Platform by arranging for services and payments outside of the Platform after being connected through it.
2.Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination. YachtCare.io reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to, suspending or terminating user accounts, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing legal action.
3.Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at support@yachtcare.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
